What is this new weird icon?

[AC Question]

I tried to recover a lost video file and installed Dr Fone, but it didn't work so I uninstalled it. After I updated developer mode, this weird icon appeared, and my phone is very slow now. What is it? Is Dr Fone virus? I don't know how to upload a screenshot, but it looks like two speech bubbles interlocked, and is between the bluetooth icon and the alarm icon.
