Block unwanted numbers from calling a Droid Turbo

On the phone, the best you can do is to add the number to the "reject" list, which will send the call directly to voicemail.

Some carriers will let you add a limited count of numbers to a "blocked" list which is handled by their servers. If your carrier allows this, you will need to go to their website and add the phone numbers there.
