False alarm possibly? How do I remove malware from dictionary app?

I was doing a facebook quiz and then a page saying a malware was detected pulled up and buzzed at me. So I closed it and ran Norton. According to the scan, one malware was found.... and the app is called "dictionary"..... I'm concerned about deleting it because that could cause issues with my phone, but if it is actually malware, I want to protect my data. Any ideas? False alarm?

Sometimes there are false positives, yes.

You could use a disabler to knock it out and find if you have problems. If so, just reverse process and you're cool again.

Try Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. Antivirus programs don't detect all malware.
