You need to contact your carrier, this site does not have members that possess that ability.

You will also want to utilize the Android Device Manager capability to try to remotely wipe the device - https://android.com/devicemanager

I also suggest that phone numbers not be posted in the public forum. @Almeuit or @Javier P are able to fix that
