AC Question

I've recently purchased a second-hand Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 9.7 'unlocked' from O2, and am having problems getting a (non-O2) SIM card to work in it.

1.. I'm getting message 'SIM network blocked. Enter network PUK'. I put in the number supplied and I get 'Network unlock unsuccessful'
3. , When I go into Settings, Search Networks, it will only show O2-UK
4. On my start screen I also get message 'Invalid SIM card, network locked'
4. The above suggests the device is still locked to O2.

Thoughts, anyone?

Welcome to Android Central! How certain are you that the device was properly unlocked? Can you take it to O2 and ask them to confirm it's unlocked?

you need to unlock from network carrier once unlock you can able to use any service. make sure your phone ask to enter network unlock code not PUK code, because both are different . if it ask for network unlock code then you need to buy unlock code . If so, let me know and I can share the link with you.
