Overheating and battery drain

[AC Question]

After a recent update(22 august 2017), samsung galaxy s6 edge plus having issue of overheating and super fast battery drain. I have to use charger everywhere to keep my phone alive and it start getting overheat just by using internet browser. What to do now ?

Have you restarted in recovery and wiped the cache? It sometimes causes problems if you don't. (It shouldn't, but no developer, not even the ones that work for Google and Samsung, is perfect.)

I don't know how to put my phone into recovery and wiped out cache. Could you tell me the procedure to do it ?
But I did factory data reset and now it is some better than before.

Just wiped cache after restarted in recovery.
