I've restarted several times. Cleared the cache. Removed newer and unused apps. My headphones and ringtone and speakerphone work and that's it. I can't get any sounds for calls, alarms, apps, or notifications. Do I need to use my warranty or can I fix this myself?

Welcome to Android Central. I doubt you could replace a speaker yourself unless you're a repair tech but that's up to you. I would either go warranty or have it repaired if its' worth it.
