I have sprint and my S8 is doing the same thing . I am in the house and I have Comcast Wi-Fi and Sprint mobile and have them both turned on . I don't understand why it has been dropping connection the last few weeks . It's only been a handful of times but it's very annoying . I am going to try to take out my SIM and reinserted and see if that helps . If you have any other answers please let me know . Thank you

What connection is being dropped, and when? I don't know what you're referring to by "I have sprint and my S8 is doing the same thing". Same thing as what?

As in another thread. Amber, please try to keep posts like yours in the thread they're referring to, to keep this confusion from happening.

As far as your problem, turn off your mobile data and use wifi if it's available. Even "unlimited" data is limited (they cut your speed after you reach a certain point - all carriers do it). Wifi is normally really unlimited. I've downloaded hundreds of GB of files on wifi sometimes (just set a dozen or so ROM images downloading and go to sleep for the night.)

If there's no wifi where you are, or it's so slow it's painful, turn off wifi and turn on mobile data.

Some phones switch between mobile data and wifi, and some sites can't handle that. (As far as a site is concerned, when the phone switches, it's a new user.)
