Is it possible to use Android Phone to track my stolen Laptop computer with the MAC address

MY DELL Laptop was stolen from me when my home was broke into it has no installed tracking software but I have the MAC Address the service tag number and the serial number I was told a good android might be able to track it with an app if it happens to be nearby

No, you can't get the MAC address, service tag number or serial number unless you can get into the laptop (which means having it run a VNC server or physically having it). Not even Dell can do those things. Sorry.
