why the native apps like Phone (com.android.phone/com.android.dialer) is not in Google Playstore? Because as of now I'm creating the nearby notification in Google Dashboard using beacon to make a notification, in their field like App intent they(Google Dashboard) need the package name that have the Google Playstore, but the problem is the Phone (com.android.phone/com.android.dialer) is not in Google Playstore. Please help me to this problem

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone do you have? Google's own Phone app is only compatible with Google phones (i.e., Pixel or Nexus phones), and possibly a few others. But it's not universally compatible. So if it doesn't show up in your device's Play Store, it's not compatible.

If you don't have a Nexus or Pixel phone, then your stock Phone/Dialer app is made by the manufacturer of the phone. Updates to stock apps are typically pushed with system updates, although some manufacturers have started putting their stock apps in the Play Store as well.

That would be up to the phone manufacturer to put their dialer in the Play Store for updating in that manner. Otherwise - updates just come with device updates.
