Couldn't capture screenshot

[Android Central Question]

Everytime I want to take screenshot, it came out "Can't save screenshot because you don't have enough storage space". Is there something wrong with my sd card?

Welcome to Android Central! Screenshots typically save to Internal Storage by default. I'm not sure if any phones allow you to change that default to the SD card. Make sure your Internal Storage has enough space for screenshots -- you can always move them to the SD card after they've initially saved there.

I am having the same issue. Also, I cannot take picture and save the images on both storage. I checked the SDcard on other device, it is working fine. What seems to be the problem with Android?
