How do I stop the "high performance mode is on" notification

Whenever I restart I get a notification saying that "high performance mode is on". How do I stop this happening?

I have the same issue and reading 50 posts and suggestions made no diff. I have the Samsung Galaxy Note 8, ATT, not rooted. Thanks.
