Question ulefone armor 3w no touch

Hi.
I need your help.The touch screen on my Ulefone Armor 3W has stopped working. I tried connecting a USB mouse and even doing a hard reset, but nothing worked. Since it's a second phone and I'd like to use it for testing, I'd like to be able to control it with a mouse, for example. Do you have any advice?

Are you even able to boot into Safe Mode? Since the process requires you to long-press the Power button on the screen, I'm guessing even this won't be possible:

Hi, yes, I forgot to say that I did it and it boots up fine, but neither the touch screen nor the mouse work. I tried connecting it to the PC, but nothing. Before this happened, I hadn't enabled USB debugging, so I think it's not recognizing USB devices. I'll tell you more: a friend of mine and I got the same phone, and in fact, his works, and looking in the developer options, I see that he has enabled USB debugging. I think we need to find a way to control it from the PC or enable USB debugging in some other alternative.
