NO S/N and [number deleted] imei no back up how do I get it back to normal

[Android Central Question]

When I received my phone there was nothing but the twrp app on it I downloaded a firmware but it won't connect to any network in Alberta Canada and the imei doesn't match the one on the back of the phone which is [number deleted] it says [number deleted, but different from the first] when I push the *#06# and The S/N doesn't show up is there anything I can do to make it normal again

This guy I know very cheap Samsung said go to service center but I'm in Alberta the only one that came up is in ontario
