A5 cannot get my emails.

[Android Central Question]

I have a Samsung A5, when I first got it I was able to read my btinternet emails, but this suddenly stopped.

I deleted the account then attempted to add it again.

I put my email address and the password, now it just keeps rejecting.

I try the advanced settings imap.btinternet.com and smpt.bitinternet.com.

Not very technical sadly but still cant get my emails. Any ideas please ?

Welcome to Android Central! I assume you've already checked, but double-check the spelling of the servers. And make sure they match the IMAP settings here: Settings for outgoing and incoming BT email servers? | BT
