Kyocera Duraforce Pro system update stuck at 0% Android Nougat

[Android Central Question]

My Kyocera Duraforce Pro keeps trying system update to Android 7.1.2 Nougat. I've let it run for up to 5 hours, it still says 0% downloaded. Kills my battery, I had to Force Stop it, but it just tries again 2 or 3 times a day. I've made sure I'm connected to good WiFi, still have 11GB of System Storage left so memory is not full.

Any ideas why it won't complete the download?

Welcome to Android Central! Try wiping the cache partition: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-34807. Then see if the update goes through.
