Process system isn't responding

The screen does not respond to touch so I can't power off Galaxy Note 7.

Welcome to Android Central! Press and hold Power and Vol Down for about 15-20 seconds to force a shutdown.

Do you really have a Note 7, or do you have the Note Fan Edition? If you have the former, you should really strongly consider getting rid of it, given the fire risk.
