factory reset didnt work on my android device why?

In my huwei y520 when it boot up too much messages are coming like unfortunatly lite stoped working, louncher stopped working , google play service stoped working etc etc

And it comes one by one , finaly an error reporting message to google i have to deny or agree with that to proceed

I have done factory reseting several time but nothing happens all my files and apps are still there without any change
Now my phone is useless to me please help me

Welcome to Android Central! You're probably seeing the effect of Factory Reset Protection. If you don't remove your Google account first, you won't be able to do a full factory reset. If you're able to, go to Settings>Accounts, select your Google account, tap Menu, then Remove Account. Then do the factory reset.
