Locked phone settings

Hi team,

I am facing problem while phone is locked and setting can be doing after lock phone. I mean to say anyone can reduce and increase my phone volume and ringtone volume as well as alarm volume without my permission..so my concern is that...n I didn't find any option to hide these options while my phone is locked... Kindly assist currently using Moto 4g plus
