Android Central Question

Hi! Well I am new here, it's first time asking something here...
I have an Samsung J5 2016 (android 6.0.1 rooted) and some days ago I bought a Samsung Smart TV (UE40MU... something like that) and I want to mirror smartphone screen to TV scree, but I can't... My phone does not have either Smart View / Screen Mirroring either Quick Conncet option. I tried some apps from Google Play but no succes... I succeded with an older Allview phone which have Screen Mirroring option...
Any ideea without buying anything (eg. Chromecast) and without cables ?
Will a new Android version (Android 7 custom os) change this (will it add this option) ?
Please help...
Sorry for my English, I am not a native speaker.

It's me again, I sing up with this account. I know that there should exist such options, but there are not... It does not have either Quick Connect either Smart View... I mean it is J5 **2016** In 2016 I would think that is new and it should have the latest tech options... Could it be something like a country problem ( east europe )?? Any ideea for an app or something that would help me??
A manual software update (custom os) to Android 7 would not solve the problem, right?
Thanks so much for helping me, I hope that I will find solution...

It could be a country thing. (It's not a rooting problem either.) It's not a "new technology" thing - my Samsung Note 3 has it, and it's 4 years old.

Since screen mirroring is a hardware thing, you can't solve it with just software.

So, in the end,

is there any solution to solve this without buying a chromecast or something like this?

First can i make a diy cromecast (using other phone, cables, i don't know)??

Second any app or new os that would solve this (you said that not, but ...)?

Third why to be a country problem, isn't my phone like an american or french phone??

Thank you for helping me... Hope you'll help me in the end...
