I have factory reseted my Galaxy S7 and it keeps going to EULA ,what can i do

S7 keeps goin to welcome Eula screen

Keep going from that screen. You have to fill everything out again. A factory reset removes all your information, so you have to enter it all again. (It also removes everything you've downloaded to it - pictures, videos, music, etc., so I hope you backed everything up.)
