internal storage problem

I have lenovo a6000..after rooting and twrp recovery installed .my internal storage dont show anything folders,pics ,apps,nothing in file manager ...i cant creat files in storage phone ,,,,....i connect it to Mtp it also show nothing... and give me a error....when i click a picture it says need sd card....(i have free 3gb storage on mobile)plz plz help me

Rooting evidently did something to delete some of your files. (You'll notice that on every site with rooting instructions, it says to always back up everything before rooting.)

Reflash the firmware (see https://forum.xda-developers.com/lenovo-a6000 ), then restore everything from your backup. (If you didn't back up, your files are lost.)
