Black Screen White LED Light MOTO G Issue

Well i've had my Moto G Phone For about 4 years now? And it was completely dead earlier, Wouldn't turn on or anything, So i plugged it in and all it's doing is keeping a blank screen with a white LED light continuously showing up? It's not charging or something, but i can't figure out what's wrong with it. My brother has the same Phone And he's never had this issue once, My phone has done this numerous times now, but this is the first time since i bought it, And back then it was just a charger issue, Now it won't do it plugged into anything, Or any Cable,

Any Suggestions?

Welcome to Android Central! First, make sure that charging cable and plug work on other devices. If you confirmed it, then plug the phone into a wall outlet and let it charge for at least 6 hours, undisturbed. Now press and hold Power for about 15-20 seconds. Does anything happen? If the screen remains blank, do you hear any sounds or feel any vibration?
