Why is android web view disabled on 7.0 naugat and should I enable it?

I was looking at all my apps on my 7.0 style 3 and I saw that one of the apps was disabled...it was system webview...I was wondering why it was disabled

Welcome to the forums. That's normal, after Nougat the Android System Webview is included in the Chrome app, so the old app stays disabled.

No need, only if you disable or uninstall Chrome.
