When my Redmi note 4 mobile battery is 60 % or 50 %, that time my mobile phone is not changing but when my mobile battery is dead that time mobile charging, what is the prblm plse tell me.

I'm not sure what the problem is. Does your phone only charge when the battery is at 0% and not when it's 50% or 60%?

That could be a software bug and doing a update might fix it.

And you should never drain the battery to 0% - it won't last more than a few months if you keep doing that. When it drops to 40% (50% is even better) plug the charger in. And wait at least 15 minutes before you say it's not charging.

As Matty said, it could be a software problem, but it also could be a hardware problem. It's least likely to be the battery itself.
