The process com.android.phone has stopped

Asus memo pad 8 won't load up just a black screen with the above error message. Press the ok button and it just comes back. Sometimes it shows a different message something about sui has stopped. It doesn't seem to do anything when I press the power button and volume key. People have said to clear some cache thing but I can't as all I get is a black screen please help

Try booting into Recovery for a Cache Partition wipe.
