I have Sharp Aquos SH304 phone. Yesterday I want to basement of shopping center where No network available, when I come back ground level , my phone can't get it signals back. I use every thing to restore its signals even factory reset but No use.

You say 'everything', but did you for example remove the SIM and put it back in?
