why cant i forward email ?

[Android Central Question]

when i try to forward email on my samsung a3 it says loading message and doesnt do anything else ? i can receive email and send email , please help . My email is [removed by moderator]

Welcome to Android Central! Which email app and email provider are you using? Does this persist after a reboot? What if you go to the App Manager, select the email app, and Clear Cache?
