why is there a message saying "Account Action Required"

[Android Central Question]

I was trying to change my name funtime freddy on youtube to fubtime bonnie, then it said "changed too recently", i tried and tried but it won't work then after that, this message just popped out on the upper part of the screen saying "Account Action Required"
Please help me with this!
I have a subscriber on youtube and i need to make more video's as possible or else my buisness is over, my friend's will get dissapointed at me for not doing anymore fnaf video's in youtube!! please help me!!
