I need help to remove device administrator please

[Android Central Question]

I have brought a phone that has an administrator and it won't let me remove it or even force stop it. It's a Samsung 8 and it's got control to lock down the phone ECT. What can I do?

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Security>Device Administrators -- can you uncheck the administrator app there? If not, then can you contact the person you bought the phone from and see if they can help?
