RIP Samsung Messages

yes. obviously, I could be wrong. perhaps things have changed. I've had all messages populate via Google Messages, though that was a couple of years ago.
so, at some point in the future, populate after the xfer, now that's some real magic!!

A sad day (at least for me)⚰️

Guess it was going to happen at some point so I'm now trying to decide between these two...

I just installed Fossify Messages. Works good.
I also use their Calendar and Gallery app.

They have been trying to do this since the S25 was released. But then it popped back up in the Galaxy Store shortly after launch.

For a few weeks, up to just a few days ago, my RCS in Samsung Messages had stopped working. But now it's back amd working. The biggest draw to Samsung Messages for me, is the customization with groups/categories, custom wallpapers, scheduled Messages, custom tones. Just all the customization overall. For me, those are everyday things used. I don't use the react emoji, so that isn't an upgrade to me.

I also don't really want google or meta to have any more info on me than they already have. Thats why I haven't used Google Messages or WhatsApp.

my friends s25+ never added the remainder of missing google messages, just gone!!
Strange indeed sometimes they can take a little bit to populate but not more than 24hes ..sync/Back up should always be on maybe that was the issue on your friends phone.

I don't want to roll-over to gloogle messages either! Also unwilling to open any new accounts for anything belonging to Meta. I'd really like to find a messaging app that defaults to sending my family & friends txts to my email, rather than my phone number. Haven't found one yet.

Google = SKYNET. SKYNET knows all, sees all. You can't hide. It is futile. Your phone is SKYNET, your television is SKYNET. Everything you own has been assimilated by SKYNET. Does your neighbor still seem the same. Of course he does, he is SKYNET. No amount of Aluminum foil hats can defeat SKYNET. Barcode and QR Codes are SKYNET. SKYNET tracks your simplest purchases, do you buy toothpaste often enough?
Oh by the way, AMAZON = SKYNET V2.0

:ROFLMAO:
