What is this strange rectangular icon with Wi-Fi stripes on the corner

I have cleared my notifications, I have turn NFC,Bluetooth and Power Saving off...when I restart my phone it disappears and comes back after a while

Yep, I agree with both members, some kind of casting is enabled. Where in status bar you see this icon, left or right side?

Left side. Probably there's a Chromecast device active in your WiFi network.

Right side. See if 'cast' is enabled in your quick settings panel.

Do you have the 'Home' app installed?
