    I want to forward an email but it will not allow me to do so. When I go to forward it it gives me a message "loading messages" and am unable to send. Both myself and my husband are experiencing the same issue on our Samsung S5. We were told if we do the factory reset it should fix the problem. Well my husband performed the reset but ot did not change amything. Can anyone tell me why this is happening?

    Looks like we had someone fix this on a Note 4 and on S4, see if the fix in this thread fixes it on your device also...

    That totally worked to fix the problem on my Samsung S5. Thank you for providing the link with the fix. This will be where I go for now on with any android issues in the future. Great resource!
