Is there a way (or an app) to get my location from another smartphone, instead of its own GPS ?

Android Central Question

I recently bought a new smartphones. The previous one has a sloppy GPS.

Sometimes I'm using both at the same time, the newer one uses mobile data while sharing a WiFi hotspot to the old one.
So the old phone gets its WiFi connection from the new phone, but I also would like the old phone to get its location from the new phone. Is there a way I can accomplish that ?

Thanks !

I haven't seen any apps to do that, but there's no reason one couldn't be written. (Or, if you don't mind getting a little sloppy, you can install a VNC server on the one with the good GPS and a VNC client on the other one. The other one can look at the one with the good GPS and see the location [and copy it]).
