"Android" folder preferred location

[Android Central Question]

I've just noticed my smartphone has created an "Android" folder (with lots of subfolders for my different apps and new files created in those subfolders) in my SD card, while there is already an "Android" folder in my internal memory. Is there a way to consolidate the "Android" folder/subfolders into just one location, preferably my internal memory? I already have all my apps installed in my internal memory. My SD card is supposed to be used only for storing photos/videos/Office files etc, not for app-related files. Thank you.
