how to rearrang icons on note 3

I have single icons on otherwise empty screen and want to move them with other icons on another screen

Welcome to Android Central! Long-press the icon until you can move it, then drag it to where you want it to go. If nothing happens when you long-press, then make sure you're not in Easy Mode.
