I cant access the files on my phone through my computer anymore.

I have a Samsung Note 3. It's connected to my computer via USB cable. The phone is charging but it isn't giving me the options to access my files. I remember that I was able to a while ago but now I cant. Is there something I can do or change to access my files again?

Welcome to Android Central! Swipe the notification panel down -- do you see a USB notification there? If so, tap it and make sure MTP or File Transfer is selected.
