How can i move my internal storage apps to my sd card?

My android version is 7.0 nougat

Go to Settings> Application manager, then app page(tap app under All category)> Storage> CHANGE> Change storage location. Not all apps can be moved to SD card, and it is not always suggested to do the transfer since accessing data from SD card would slow down the performance of your device.
