Android Central Question

how do you either downsize the 75mb, or convert to mp3?

MP3 is an audio format, you don't want that for video. Are you trying to share it in a particular way? How about uploading it to Google Photos then sharing the link to those that you want to share it with?

Welcome to Android Central! As @hallux mentioned, Google Photos is your best bet, but you can also upload it to YouTube privately and share the link with only certain people.

You can turn to any free online video converter.
As to me, I usually downsize video with free handbrake by reducing resolution or bitrate or video codec.
FormatFactory is also a good bet for converting video to video or audio like MP3.

Downsizing a video or a picture degrades it. The best way to share one is to put it on a file sharing site. Google will work (and if you have an Android phone, you have a google account). So will mega.nz. So will DropBox. So will dozens of other free ones.
