My screen will turn black when I go to open the phone. I will unlock with the finger sensor but the screen won't turn on. It will last longer sometimes than others. Also the screen will black a few times out once I get it on.
This usually happens when i open it, because when I stay on the phone it won't black out that I can recall.
I called Google support and they said it could be bc I'm 3 GB away from memory capacity, or it could need a reset.
To me, it seems more like a hardware issue, when there may be a short in the system. Why? Because if I tap my phone firmly a few times on the side of it when its blacked out, it will turn the screen on 75% of the time. Then black out again. I tap again and its on again.
