Will my android phone still possible to be fixed? up to what amount would i spend?

[Android Central Question]

I'm using Huawei 5Yii CUN-U29. It turns on but the screen itself is blank. But even though it's blank the message and ringtone still sounds and can still answer calls when you swipe it. i already tried the hard reset, it worked for one time but when i slept and woke up in the morning it went back to its previous condition. By the way it started to happen few days after updating it.
