Or Android Central? If you go to the login page (try the green rectangle at the top left, then Login), thjere's a link to "I forgot my password". Tap (or click on) that, and you'll get an email to reset your password. (No one can tell you what the old one was, because it's not stored. It's hashed, which is a one-way encryption - things go in but you can't get them out, so when you enter your password it's encrypted again and the encrypted version of what you typed is compared to the version stored. But the link will send you an email with a link to a page that allows you to reset it.
(Then download - or install if you're on your phone - an app called KeePass. Keepass2Android Password Safe is a link to the Android version. Then you only need one password to get to all your other passwords. [And it's safe - you're not worth enough for someone to spend enough supercomputer time to break even a weak password there.])
