Voice recognition - how to?

Is there any way to catch or detect specific sound using mobile microphone, for example when the bell is rang the mobile vibrate or anything else?

Yes, of course - but there are no apps already written to do that. You'd have to develop an app for it. (And probably study Shannon and Fourier Analysis deeply enough that you understand how to analyze sound. It's not trivial to determine the difference between say a ring and a buzz.)
