Phone set itself for an option I never wanted and now I'm at a loss

I have an LG and it asked me if I wanted voice control when I had headphones with a Mic plugged in or for Bluetooth devices. I clicked "no" and now when I listen to music with headphones, the volume turns up or down, the camera opens and takes random pics, etc. Happens if any noise whatsoever is around. Any ideas how to fix that? It is getting to be very annoying! I called the 611 # and they were of no help.

Welcome to the forums! Have you checked to see if the issue still occurs in Safe Mode? Or, if all of your important pictures, data, etc are backed up, you could do a factory reset.
