Oldest tablets with dual band wifi...

[Android Central Question]

I need a couple of tablets that can connect to 5ghz wireless. That's my only requirement and so it seems optimal to get older, used ones. However, specs for tablets and in eBay listings generally just say "wifi" without specifying. Samsung and Lenovo support have not been helpful.

Does anybody have any ideas for an Android tablet under $100 that can connect to AC?

GSMArena lists WiFi, as far as whether the device supports 801.11ac, so you should be able to find something if you want to spend the time looking up everything you find available. Googling <device> specs will list GSMArena for any device with GSM and for a lot of tabs with just WiFi (or you can just sit on the site and use its list at the upper left to look up each device).

(You may find some off-brand tab that does 5GHz, but I'd stay away from those.)
