How can I put signature on my j7 samsung

I don't have add signature on my messages j7 Samsung phone

Welcome to Android Central! Are you talking about SMS text messages? Most texting apps don't have a signature option. If your stock messaging app doesn't have that, then you could look for a 3rd party texting app that has it. But I'm not sure if a signature would be appreciated by your text recipients -- it could be very distracting and repetitive to see the same signature on every single text message from you. Signatures make more sense in an email.

And a "signature" in a text is just text added on to the text you send - it's not like an email, where there's a "tear bar", then a signature. You can add a "signature" in a text manually - by just typing it after the real message. Even Android Messages, the next generation of texting, doesn't include signatures. (Yet - that may be added some time in the future, if enough people ask for it once it's the standard messaging protocol on most phones.)
