Why S8 plus doesn't show the fast dialing screen that I used in my S7?

I loved the smart screen for fast dialing of favorite contacts of S7 my previus device.
I have been exploring setting about favorite contacts, however it seems that the fast dialing-screen for favorite contacts is not included in the new S8 plus
