What are some methods to bypass a google account verification?

I have a S8+ that requires an account verification. I’ve already tried using Odin, but at the end of the process a verification is still being asked for. It does however say that it recognizes the phone was reset. Any other ways to get around it?

No, there are not. This is a very important security feature and can't be bypassed.
