The time on mylock screen is wrong. How to I change it?

Time swithched to Manitoba time when time change went into effect on March 11. Now I am 1 hour ahead on my phone.

That's exactly the problem. The time setting on my pixel 2 is network-controlled and has been of by one hour since yesterday. Manually setting time didn't help, it reset to the wrong time again today. Super annoying.
