Instagram issues on S9+

[Android Central Question]

First, let me say that I'm a complete Android newbie.

I just received the phone today and have been playing round with it. One problem I'm having is going to my stories on Instagram. The app keeps crashing everytime I try. I have three accounts, one for my crafting main, crafting backup, and personal.

How do I get stories to work on all of my accounts?

Settings/Applications. Instagram. Force Stop. Clear Cache. Uninstall. Restart the phone. Install Instagram using Play. Set it up. It should work.

Yep, I ended up messing around some more and found the solution a little after I posted. Thank you, though.

Hmm, looks like it's crashing again. I'm logged into two of my accounts on the Samsung and one on my Apple device. The accounts are not logged into the other device, only the one I have them logged into. How can I get the app to stop crashing? I've tried the whole uninstall and restart a few times, but they app always goes back to crashing.

Might be an Instagram issue with compatibility with a brand new phone. I think the S8+ had this issue when I got the Oreo Beta.

Otherwise clear cache, clear data, force stop Instagram. Reboot.

Uninstall instagram and reinstall. Reboot.
